1971 Plymouth Scamp

This 71 Scamp just needs finishing up. It's got new paint already, and it runs (although not very well), so the rest of the cosmetics will be completed, and the engine will receive a new 340 4-barrel intake, thermoquad carb, and 340 exhaust manifolds to liven it up.
